Email client issues beyond the initial configuration of the email client are outside our support scope. Microsoft Outlook and AppleMail issues are best supported by their vendors.
We do not support code issues, or fix compromised sites. These tasks are best left to a developer to review and assist. Our team is alway happy to assist with running any malware scans needed, or restore data from backups. We are also happy to provide further information about code issues (i.e traces, logging, etc) for your developer. We are also able to assist with finding a developer if needed.
Outdated software is not supported due to the many security issues it brings. Any potential support is not guaranteed and may not be provided depending on best judgement of our teams
